To render the expert service in full conformity with your requirements you are to consider our inquiry form.
Cost of service required depends on certain factors:

- Service content,
- Complicacy of objects for analysis,
- Urgency of performance,
- Location of objects for analysis.
As we are in receipt of questionnaire we form and forward you a commercial offer including price and term of performance offer. Should you have your vision of costs and term of performance we look forward to your counter offer. We are open to come to terms with the Client.
As negotiation process is over we conclude the Contract.
Before we begin the arrangement of investment plan we sign the Contract of confidence and submit the Client the detailed questionnaire to develop the unique project (plan of reorganisation etc). Each of the products issued is bound to the unique scope of business activities and Client\'s goals. We create in tough co-operation with top-managers or business owners.
Expert monetary appraisal of real estate foresees the following procedures: market analysis in a region, determination of the most effective use etc.
Depending on initial demand of a Client the latter is provided with:
- Report on Property or Property Rights Appraisal.
- Report on Expert Monetary Appraisal of Real Estate.
- Review of the Report on Property or Property Rights Appraisal.
- Business plan.
- Plan of reorganisation.
- Consulting Receipt or Expert Conclusion.
After product submitting we obligatory negotiate with the Client matters concerning end product to achieve complete understanding.
