• LIST OF DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION FOR THE VALUATION LAND:

  • Entitlement to land (state act on the ground);
  • Cadastral plan of land;
  • Area of land;
  • Category of land in accordance with the purpose (land settlement, agricultural land, etc.);
  • Permitted Use;
  • For information about restrictions and encumbrances of land;
  • Information on the status and availability of utilities.

  If necessary, can be requested additional information for the monetary valuation of land. All the above documents are provided in the form of photocopies (notarization not required). Information from legal persons, which appears in the form of reference, signed by a responsible person and sealed.
