Documents for score apartment

• Documents required to score the value of the apartment:

  • certificate of ownership of the apartment;
  • explication of the apartment;
  • floor plan apartment;
  • certificate of Technical Inventory Bureau (TIB) on the state apartments;
  • permission for redevelopment (if any).

If necessary, may be to request additional information to assess the value of the apartment (on conventionally fixed and variable costs). All the above documents are provided in the form of photocopies (notarization not required). Information from legal persons, which appears in the form of reference, signed by a responsible person and sealed.
