Contract for the evaluation

Contract to assess the value of business (business, real estate, equipment, stocks, land, etc.) shall be in writing and may be bilateral or multilateral.

• Customers:
  • be the person to whom the specified property (property rights, land) belongs to legally as well as those who bought an assessment of attorney such persons;
  • should be ensured access to the subject of evaluation activity to the object, which should be evaluated, obtaining it necessary and accurate information about the specified object.

• The essential terms of the contract to assess the value of business (business, real estate, equipment, stocks, land, etc.) are:

  • indication of the property (property rights, land), which should be evaluated;
  • purpose for which the assessment;
  • type value, which is to be determined;
  • date assessment;
  • term performance assessment work;
  • size and order of payment for work;
  • rights and obligations of parties to the contract;
  • conditions of confidentiality of assessment results, the information used during its implementation;
  • responsible parties for the failure or improper performance of contract;
  • procedure for resolving disputes that may arise during the assessment and acceptance by the customer of its results.
• Legislation or by agreement of the contract it may be provided other significant conditions.

  • Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine № 1378-IV of 11 December 2003. «An estimate of land";
  • Sec. II, gl.52, 53 of the Civil Code of Ukraine on January 16, 2003 № 435-IV;
  • 2.3. State Committee of Ukraine on Land Resources of number 2 from 09.01.2003g. "On approval of the monetary expert assessment of land"
